We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Travel skirts, tops, sets, and printed pieces

You can exchange or return these within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached. To start, just reply to your order email or contact us — no portal, no forms.

One-of-one sari pieces (wraps and dresses)

Because each one-of-one is cut from a single vintage sari and can never be remade, these are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll always make it right — see below.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items lost on the way back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International orders

The same terms apply. Customs or import duties already paid are not refundable by us, as they're set by your country.
