Withdrawal — EU & UK customers
EU & UK 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right applies in addition to our standard Refund policy.
How to withdraw
Email travelingcuervo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase
- Your name and shipping address

Returning the goods
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the item was defective or wrongly described. We will refund the price paid (including standard original delivery, where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the original payment method.
Statutory exemptions
The EU/UK right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications, perishables, or goods unsealed for hygiene reasons. The sari wrap skirts, sari dresses, and recycled patchwork pieces are sourced individually from vintage saris and prepared to order; we treat these as customised goods for the purposes of this exemption. If you reasonably believe the exemption should not apply to your particular item, contact us within 14 days and we will review your withdrawal request in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
