Returns and refunds

Travel skirts and tops

14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or there is a defect.

Sari wrap skirts and one-of-one pieces

All one-of-one sari pieces (sari wrap skirts, sari dresses, recycled patchwork skirts) are final sale. Because each piece is cut from a single vintage sari and cannot be reproduced, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

How to start a return

Email travelingcuervo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
