Where we ship from

Your order ships from the United States. Each piece is handmade by our artisan partners in India, then stocked and dispatched to you from the US.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

United States

Standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided for all orders.

International

Standard international shipping takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Rates calculated at checkout. International orders may incur import duties or taxes, and these are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service first and then email us at valeria@theskirtgirl.com if it cannot be located. We will do our best to help.

SUMMER DROP SHIPPING

During our biggest collection drops, we receive a high volume of orders. While we typically ship within 3–5 business days, processing may take a little longer during these busy periods. In these cases, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be shipped. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business—it truly means the world to us!
